UK police investigating corruption allegations
LONDON?London’s Metropolitan Police say they are investigating allegations that police officers accepted illegal payments from a private investigation agency in exchange for information. The police statement Tuesday came as a parliamentary inquiry examined allegations that payments were made in return for information in the case of James Ibori, the former Nigerian delta governor recently sentenced
